It ends on the 29th of May.<\/p>\n<p>Conceptual artist <strong>Luis Camnitzer<\/strong>, born in 1937 in Germany, raised in Uruguay, and working in New York for the past three decades, has persevered for nearly five decades as an influential creator, critic, writer, theorist, teacher, and curator &#8211; a true \u00abartist&#8217;s artist\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>The show is curated by <strong>Hans-Michael Herzog<\/strong> and <strong>Katrin Steffen<\/strong>, and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.barcelonakontext.com\"  target=\"_blank\">Barcelona Kontext<\/a> has contributed several translations to the catalogue.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.elmuseo.org\"  target=\"_blank\">El Museo del Barrio<\/a>, New York&#8217;s leading Latino cultural institution, welcomes visitors of all backgrounds to discover the artistic landscape of Latino, Caribbean, and Latin American cultures.
